It aims to help members that do not speak a mutual language to communicate seamlessly. Although the actual results are debatable as the language barrier will likely cause further problems in the relationship, showing the initiative to help members overcome the challenge is admirable.

The basic Silver plan only lets you message 10 new profiles and you cannot initiate live chats once your quota is up.
You are pretty much coerced into upgrading to the Gold or Platinum plan if you want the full ride. It is not the most economical pricing, particularly since you are not getting much from your investment. It is disappointingly expensive with little to offer.
